The continuous kneading machine SCK-100 is a device that continuously kneads and processes supplied powders and liquids, discharging them continuously. 【Structure Utilizing Dalton's Technology】 This kneading device employs a breaker die based on Dalton's extrusion granulation technology, and its two-axis structure makes it less prone to hopper bridging. It has a short startup time during initial operation and produces kneaded products with minimal variation. 【Excellent Disassembly and Cleanability】 The powder contact parts have a cantilever support structure, allowing for disassembly and cleaning of the components in contact with the powder. The time required for disassembly and reassembly is short, reducing cleaning time to less than half. 【Systematization of Raw Material Supply, Kneading, Granulation, and Pelletizing Processes】 By systematizing each process and controlling them collectively, work efficiency and stable production are achieved.
